Return, Replacement, and Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy
If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, email us at care@aamoha.in with your Order ID. We will ensure a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

2. Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unworn condition and should not be damaged or physically tampered with.
  • Documentation: An unboxing video and the order ID are mandatory for processing replacements. Failure to provide these will make us not liable for any claims.
  • Shipping Costs: You are required to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product, we will send the replacement item to you and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement within 5-7 working days.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Gift boxes, personalized products, and sale items are not eligible for replacement.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Request Window: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Shipping Costs: You must ship the product back to our warehouse. 
  • Processing Time: Upon receiving the product, we will ship the exchange within 5-7 working days.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Exchanges are not accepted for customized products. No discounts will apply to exchange orders. Return or exchange of exchanged products is not possible.
  • If the replaced product is out of stock, A coupon will be issued to you by email. Which you can redeem for your new purchase.

4. Additional Information

  • Unboxing Video: Record a video of unboxing the package. This video is crucial for addressing any issues such as damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products. Failure to provide this video will result in us not being liable for any claims.
  • Partial Orders: For Buy 1 Get 1 offers, all products must be returned if you wish to return one. For partial orders, the refund amount will be calculated based on applicable discounts on non-returned products.
  • Proof of Return: When returning a product to the courier, obtain a receipt (physical or digital). This is mandatory in case of lost shipments.

5 Exclusions: Products with physical damage, exchanges requested after 48 hours, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or replacement.
